Our Story

Josseline grew up in New York City, in a melting pot of cultures where food was the language everyone spoke. Long before she ever stepped into a professional kitchen, she was falling in love with the world one dish, one culture, one tradition at a time. That love eventually pulled her away from a stable 9-to-5 and into professional culinary arts. She trained and worked her way through some of New York's most demanding kitchens, including a stage at Daniel one of the most celebrated fine-dining restaurants in the country, where she learned that real quality comes down to the details: sourcing, patience, and never cutting corners.

That mindset followed her to Austin, Texas, where she kept building her craft in professional kitchens until she saw a chance to share that same level of quality with people at home, not just in a restaurant dining room.
